The Greene County Community School District is participating in the summer food service program. Lunch will be provided at no charge for children Monday – Friday, June 11 through Aug. 3.
Lunch at the elementary school, 401 E. Russell St, Jefferson, will be served from 11:30 am t0 12:30 pm. Lunch will be served at the Grand Junction Community Center, 212 Main St East, from 11 am to 12:30 pm.
Meals will be the same or all children regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability, and there will be no discrimination in the course of the meal service. Click here to see the complete non-discrimination statement from the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
Adults are welcome to eat; the meal charge is $3.25.
